A former Royal Marine and commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Power skipper, Dean brings preparation and practical experience to his work on the water.

Your charter questions.
Where do we depart from?
Trips depart from Falmouth Marina, Cornwall. Dean will confirm the meeting point and departure time when arranging your charter.
How many anglers can come?
Whole-boat charters accommodate up to four anglers. Tell us your group size when you enquire.
How much is a charter?
The whole-boat charter price is £1,500 for a full day for up to four anglers — £375 each when shared by four. Confirm your date, final quote and booking terms with Dean before making payment.
What equipment is used?
The fishing setup includes Shimano Talica reels, specialist tuna rods, Black Magic harnesses and FinCulture tackle. Ask Dean about the tackle planned for your trip and whether to bring any personal equipment.
Do I need previous tuna-fishing experience?
Tell Dean about your experience when enquiring so he can discuss the trip, the physical demands of big-game fishing and whether it is suitable for your group.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
Trips depend on safe sea and weather conditions. Dean will discuss the forecast and confirm whether the trip can go ahead. Ask for the cancellation and rescheduling terms when booking.
What should I bring?
Bring layers, waterproof clothing, suitable non-slip footwear and sun protection. Confirm food, drinks and any other arrangements with Dean before departure.
Is a catch guaranteed?
No. These are wild fish, and conditions and activity vary from day to day. Your charter is a day on the water, not a guaranteed catch.
