Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, the service you select, your message and subsequent correspondence. Name, email and message are required on the enquiry form so we can respond; phone is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.
Our hosting, email and form providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs when delivering and protecting their services.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond to questions, prepare quotations and arrange requested services. Where you ask about making a booking, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract if you book. For general correspondence and website security, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with customers and operating a secure business. We may retain information where necessary to meet legal obligations or deal with claims.
Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who handles the information
The enquiry form sends the details you enter to FormSubmit, which forwards them to our business email. Namecheap Private Email provides our mailbox. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services. FormSubmit may use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection.
We may share relevant information with a service provider where needed to arrange a service you request, or with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or claims.

Processing outside the UK
Our technology providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Locations and protections depend on the provider and service. Please contact us for details about the arrangements applicable to your information; the provider privacy notices above also describe their international processing.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to answer your request and complete any follow-up. If an enquiry becomes a booking, relevant correspondence may form part of the service record. Retention is determined by whether the matter is still active, applicable accounting or legal requirements, and any unresolved dispute or claim. Information should be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for these purposes. Provider logs and copies are subject to their own service retention arrangements.
Cookies and external links
This website’s page code does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting security features and the external form service may use cookies or similar technologies. Submitting the form takes you to FormSubmit, where its own privacy and cookie information applies. Links to other websites, including The Tuna Club, take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of use or transfer of information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
